3 Ways To Balance Your PH Level. And Why It Helps With Bone Health!

A too acidic body (acidosis) is prone to cancer, fungus, bacteria, parasites, viruses, toxins, inflammation, chronic diseases, skin problems, hair loss and more.  Part of our health protocol should include balancing our PH level.

Why PH Balance Is Important

Not sure of your PH level? You can purchase PH strips from any local pharmacy, they are around RM60 for a box of 100 strips. You can test saliva and urine.

How To Alkalinise Your Body

  1. Add 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice into a glass of water and drink every day. You may think lemons are acidic, but they actually become alkaline when consumed.
  2. Add 2-3 drops of Lemon essential oil in a litre of water and drink it daily. Did you know, 1 drop of Young Living’s Lemon essential oil is the equivalent to the juices from the rind of 2 whole lemons! Work your way up slowly.
  3. Drink 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in a glass of water and drink daily. Always choose organic ACV, it may be cloudy with sediment at the bottom of the jar, that is the ‘mother’. ACV must be diluted, otherwise it will erode tooth enamel.

You should also eat more alkalinising foods and reduce acidic foods. Some people drink alkaline water too. I used to give my daughters organic Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in a glass of water every day as part of their anti fungal protocol. I believe it helped reduce their fungal and Candida overgrowth. Whenever they have skin fungal infections, I add ACV into their bath. I drink Lemon essential oil in water every day and I’m slowly getting my children used to the taste too.

Calcium is acid binding, so I make sure my family get adequate sources of calcium. There is a relationship between bone density, calcium and acidity. We need calcium in our blood to regulate sugar. Calcium neutralises acid in the blood, by alkalinising it. Ask yourself, what is the biggest supply of calcium in your body? Our bones, correct! Parathyroid is a hormonal glad that increases calcium in blood, which decreases calcium in bones. We can live with bad bones, but we can’t live with acidic blood. Even more reason why we should balance our PH level. So, I make sure we get enough calcium as well as balance our parathyroid and hormones for optimum health.

Many children with autism I know are too acidic and prone to yeast overgrowth. And many of our kids shows symptoms of calcium deficiency such as teeth grinding. If you haven’t started balancing your PH level yet, get alkalanising!
